Mission Statement

Our Mission is set forth for us to seat, serve, teach, empower, equip and endorse, and finally send the leaders into the other parts of the world whether that would be for missions trips, or for additional expansion of the kingdom. We have a commitment to those who are serving in other nations, however each of us who are serving have a true desire and commitment to seeing others saved, and if applicable and accessible, baptized, and taught well. In order to impact others we must first receive impartation and fire, and for the applicable, baptism both by immersion and by fire of the Holy Spirit. How could one impact another if they themselves are not full of the Holy Spirit? The non strange, but authentic Fire that is felt during filling of the spirit, and the igniting of the receiving of impartation of anointing by fire is that same fire that we seek to send from Heaven further into the earth. We have a mandate to spread the gospel, and win souls for Christ as we Impact Nations, Ignite Purpose and Inspire People. 

Our Results have shown that as we continue to put our heads and hearts together, while working together; we can truly achieve much more together through the reformation than we can apart. it is becasue of our proven desire to carry out the mission and vision of F.I.C.A. Inc as mentioned in full in the original document and in other mentions of the vision and mission; the Lord can get the glory out of this in full truth. Our proven history has been because of our obligation to serving others while giving them the ministry of the word, and the laboring in the word while also offering practical and natural assistance and not just the spiritual.
