Our Story

[F.I.C.A] is an acronym that stands for FireHouse International Churches and Assemblies Inc. The Global Non Profit Christian Reformation - represents 

an apostolic mission through means of apostolic governance and respectful inclusion as a collective; in order to complete initiatives throughout each year; while impacting vast a number of cultures, and nations literally around the world. Initially the organization was started through administrative meetings to discuss the possibilities for international ministry with emphasis on collaborative teamwork and administrative clerical collaboration over time. During the time designated for preparation in terms of the launch of the reformation: our C.E.O. took a year to pray over the organization, especially because the Lord released visions and dreams to him in regards to the future ahead in international ministry in regards to a global impact over time. Through prayer and fasting, the Lord began to deposit the structure and the information needed to place into a 15-20 paged document which includes hosts of initial and foundational statements as well as general content centered around our birthing biography, and our extensive vision and extensive missions statement.

Within the first year that F.I.C.A. has been active, in only two to three months the reformation expanded into three additional nations. 

From those three nations the organization expanded into 4-16 nations, and then 17-23 and more. Currently the Organization is active in 35-40 nations

 with leadership designations in each nation in much less than 7 full years. F.I.C.A, is still undergoing progression as the international expansion is extended even further into the world as time moves forward with the help of the Lord. Our reformation provides spiritual insight, contextual biblical teaching and content, conferences, seminars, administrative meetings, leadership meetings and seminars, congress events convocations, distribution days for the disbursement of goods and resources provided to others, and many other services for the direct impact of the general public who may be on the fence of believing, and for those who are also believers in the Lord Jesus currently. In addition, we have implemented small groups within different regions of nations abroad, and it literally gives us an opportunity to help facilitate discussions regarding practical ways to implement scriptural interpretation and application of the passages. While meeting weekly, the small groups offer a variety of natural informative sessions that help to teach individuals on general topics that are pertinent to the individuals in that specific region of the nation in mention including financial literacy, family life, strategic planning, and more. We also provide the following crucial resources to those in need: food, clean bottled water, conference sponsorship, relief funding to those who are experiencing calamity, relief for tragedies within traumatic weather events, sponsorship for students studying in enrollment styled educational programs and institutions, transportation donations for general costs and additional fees for missions initiatives, as well as for medications, supplements, vitamins and the necessary vaccines for those who desire them, and are able to receive them without causing further harm to their bodies, etc. 

Our Chief Apostle has spent years serving under leaders within various regards of ministry experience and formal training. During his time spent studying in seminary courses he has shown efficient skills, and has studied in hosts of courses, while also undergoing intensive biblical study seminars, and direct training through the years while completing many courses outside of his previous degree program.  The courses include but are not limited to the following:

 Homiletics and Hermeneutics, Public Speaking, Preaching 101, Preaching 102, Christian Ministries Course(s), Created and Called for Community, World Religions (in reference to understanding and clarity of support of the faith alongside training in apologetics), Intensive Biblical Studies, Old Testament Literature, New Testament Literature, Interpretation of the Prophets, Comparative Religion, a host of courses regarding Psychological Studies, etc. He mentions that it is an honor to lead the global reformation while continuing to serve the Lord through activity in the reformation both spiritually and practically. Although he serves within the ascendancy of the extensive list of designations of leadership and ranking, he finds joy in communicating with various administrators, leaders, and clergy when time presents itself throughout each week of the year. He also loves to personally greet the designations of leadership mentioned, and some of those who are lay-members, as well as students of enrollment styled educational programs that we help to subsidize tuition costs and additional fees; as well as others who are studying within theological seminary content offered through training courses.
